Fat-ness

Recently, 3 persons have commented that I gained alotta weight!! For a girl, that's a big deal! Especially when you're dating a fitness instructor, you have the added stress to maintain your fitness and figure.

But according to this...

Your Weight is Ideal

Your BMI is 19.9 - a healthy BMI falls between 18.5 and 25

Congratulations, you are the perfect weight for your height.
Even though you may not be entirely happy with your weight, you are healthy.
So gain or lose a few pounds if you want, but don't go too crazy!

Don't agree? Blame the government standards we based this test on!

So, to diet or not to diet? That is the question...

Err...I don't think you can ever "gain a lotta weight". If you're fat, what does that make the rest of us? Obese? Oh wait..ccording to FF I am...kekekeke.
Nah, I think if you were to gain a bit, you'd still look good lah. So don't worry.

kt, the BMI can sometimes be inaccurate - especially if you're someone who weight trains and have more muscle mass on you than an ordinary person. Therefore.. the BMI can be a useful gauge, but don't rely on it 100%.
